Registration Process:
If you are already a Moteng customer and wish to register, please
follow these instructions. In order to register, you must pick your own username and
enter a valid email address. You must also enter the Moteng account number that you wish your
website account to be linked to. Once you submit your registration request you will receive
an email containing your pasword and confirming your registration. When you login to the site
for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password, at which point you can
specify any password you wish. Although you will be able to login, you will not be able to
access the customer section of the website or place orders. Once your sales rep has confirmed
all of the information that you have submitted, you will receive another email
(usually within 48 hours) that will confirm the completion of the entire registration process.
At this point, you will be able to browse the secure customer
section of the website and place orders.
